Grade 11 and 12 students enrolled in public senior high schools now have access to free online college entrance exam review, after AHEAD Education Group announced the opening of 90,000 no-cost slots through its ReviewLab platform, according to an announcement posted on AHEAD's official website on October 21, 2026.
About the ReviewLab Platform
ReviewLab is an online review service designed to help students prepare for college entrance examinations at state universities and colleges, including the University of the Philippines (UP) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), among other SUCs. AHEAD Education Group, which has been operating as a review center since 1995, runs the platform.
Program Details
According to the ReviewLab website, the free review is delivered entirely online and follows a self-paced format. It includes practice tests, study guides, and test-taking tips. The platform lists a PUPCET review program beginning November 14, 2026. As of October 24, 2026, no application deadline had been announced.
Eligibility and Scholarship Options
AHEAD Education Group describes the free slots under the "ReviewLab Iskolar" program as intended for public school senior high students who demonstrate good academic standing and strong leadership involvement — such as class officers and members of student government or school clubs. The program also carries Nation-Building Scholarships, which cover between 50 and 100 percent of the review fee for high-achieving student leaders coming from low-income families, the ReviewLab website states.
How Students Can Claim a Slot
AHEAD says the free slots will be distributed through public high schools, local youth groups, and socio-civic organizations. Students who wish to apply may coordinate with their teacher or school guidance office to inquire about available slots. They may also visit the ReviewLab website at reviewlab.ahead.edu.ph and select the free scholarship option, or reach the program through its Facebook page at @reviewlabph or via email at reviewlab@ahead.edu.ph.
"We want to give every hardworking student an equal chance to enter their dream university," AHEAD Education Group founder and chair Rossana Llenado said in the October 21 announcement.
Free Slots vs. Paid Options
ReviewLab also offers paid review packages ranging from short practice passes to a full 32-hour live program, the AHEAD website notes. Students seeking the no-cost option should apply specifically for the free scholarship slots. AHEAD Education Group reminds students that the slots carry no charge, and cautions that no one should be paying another party to obtain or reserve a free slot on their behalf.
