Over 6,300 Civil Engineers Pass PRC's September 2026 Board Exam

Nearly 6,337 out of 17,062 takers cleared the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, with PRC releasing results in five working days.

A total of 6,337 examinees successfully hurdled the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Civil Engineering across 19 testing centers nationwide last September 2026, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

According to the PRC, official results were made available on 02 October 2026 — five working days following the conclusion of the examination. Out of 17,062 total examinees, the overall passing rate stood at 37.14 percent.

The PRC also disclosed that the results of eight examinees were withheld, pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Online Registration and Oath-Taking

The PRC said that online registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will open on November 11, 2026. Successful examinees are advised by the PRC to visit its official website and follow the posted registration instructions.

Those who passed must bring a screenshot of the system-generated registration form along with a valid government-issued ID. The PRC further reminded passers that personal registration and signing in the Roster of Registered Professionals is mandatory.

As of the announcement, the PRC has not yet set a specific date or venue for the oath-taking ceremony, with details to be disclosed at a later time.

Board Members Who Administered the Exam

The licensure examination was conducted by the Board of Civil Engineering, composed of Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay, and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, according to PRC records.

The PRC published the complete official results on its official website, including the performance of schools, the list of top 10 highest-ranking passers, and the full roster of successful examinees.
