Online Registration for Successful Examinees
The PRC said that registration for the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online, with the process opening on November 16, 2026. The Board of Real Estate Service, through the PRC, instructs all successful examinees to visit the official PRC website and follow the posted registration guidelines.
Passers are required to bring a screenshot of their system-generated registration form along with a valid government-issued identification card. The PRC further noted that each successful examinee must appear in person to register and affix their signature in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-Taking Schedule
As of the announcement, the PRC has not yet disclosed the specific date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony, stating that this information will be released at a later time.
