DUMAGUETE CITY — Shoppers at Robinsons Place Dumaguete were alarmed past 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, when an incident involving a female customer happened at the mall's new extension.
Security and emergency personnel responded to the area. In a statement, mall management said its Emergency Response Team provided immediate assistance and that the customer was brought to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

“An incident involving a customer occurred at Robinsons Dumaguete, where immediate assistance was provided by the mall’s Emergency Response Team and medical attention was facilitated at a nearby hospital.
