St. Paul University Dumaguete has officially opened admissions for Academic Year 2026-2027, welcoming prospective students across all educational levels from kindergarten to graduate school. The university announced the enrollment period through its official channels, highlighting its commitment to providing quality education rooted in Paulinian values.

The Catholic educational institution, known for its academic excellence and character formation programs, is currently accepting applications for its Basic Education Department, College programs, and Graduate School offerings. Enrollment Schedule and Key Dates

For Basic Education covering Kindergarten through Grade 12, the enrollment period runs from April 20, 2026, to June 20, 2026. Classes for Grade 1 to Grade 12 students will commence on June 22, 2026, while Kindergarten students will start their academic year on June 29, 2026.

College and Graduate School enrollment extends from May 27 to July 4, 2026. College classes are scheduled to begin on July 6, 2026, while Graduate School programs will start earlier on June 11, 2026.

The university operates its admission and enrollment services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing flexibility for working parents and adult learners.

Affordable Down Payment Structure

St. Paul University Dumaguete has structured its down payment system to accommodate various financial situations. For Basic Education students from Kindergarten to Grade 10, the required down payment is ₱3,500.

Senior High School students have differentiated payment options based on their educational background and subsidy eligibility. Students from public schools with government subsidy need only pay ₱1,000 as down payment, while those from private schools with subsidy pay ₱2,000. Regular students without subsidies are required to pay ₱3,500.

College students face down payment requirements ranging from ₱3,000 to ₱5,000 depending on their chosen program, while Graduate School applicants must provide ₱5,000 as down payment.

Government Subsidies and Financial Support

The university participates in various government subsidy programs to make education more accessible. Grade 7 applicants who successfully gain admission may be entitled to receive a ₱9,000 Educational Service Contracting (ESC) government subsidy.

Senior High School students can benefit from the government's voucher program, with public school graduates eligible for ₱17,500 in subsidies and private school graduates receiving ₱14,000. The annual fee for Kindergarten students is ₱30,000 and above, while Grade 11 full-year tuition varies significantly based on subsidy eligibility, ranging from ₱23,000 for public school graduates with subsidies to ₱49,000 for students without subsidies.
