LAOAC, Pangasinan – The Department of National Defense (DND), in collaboration with the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Laoac, Pangasinan, conducted a medical and dental outreach program and turned over agricultural equipment to local farmers on March 17, 2026, at the Laoac Municipal Hall.
